Owners Role & Support Function of the owner/daily tasks:
- Oversee Real Estate Site Selection and Lease Negotiation (Corp provides knowledge and support)
- Oversee Grand Opening (Corp provides knowledge and support here and spends time in-Clinic with Owner/Manager after initial training at corporate offices)
- Oversee Marketing (Corp provides knowledge, plan and support here)
- Manage the Manager(s) (Corp provides knowledge, tools and support here)
- Manage Finance/Accounting o Hire, Train, and Manage Manager Number, type of employees: Lindora Clinics requires 1 GM, 2-3 Nurse, 1-2 Client Concierges, 1-2 Client Coaches. All employees are hourly W2 employees and typically will work a 3 – 4-hour block shift.
Owner Role
- Manage the Manager and build Lindora winning team culture.
- Execute Local Marketing initiatives.
- Manage the financials Manager Role.
- Manage daily operations and Build Lindora Team
- Implement Clinic & External Marketing tactics
- Recruitment & Training of Team

Great question!. I think the best way to answer that is flexibility. We are in the medically guided wellness and metabolic health solutions industry. We do not sell products. We sell solutions to our clients. Products and trends will come and go. GLP is now huge in the publics eye. This is great for our franchisees but will it be around in 5 years? Maybe..but it doesn’t matter. We will always offer the next best products to help our clients with their goals. We are in the people business not the products business!
